Fred Del Marva has become known as "THE" Dram Shop Expert Witness due to his vast experience of not only owning and managing several nightclubs but also as a licensed Private Investigator that has created investigatory files for hundreds of dram shop cases. He consults regularly with bar owners on avoiding violence in their clubs and sets a standard of behavior for all employees to follow in the event of dangerous behavior by their clientele.
